About Me

I'm a fifth-year Ph.D. student in CS @ Illinois, working with Prof. Aditya Parameswaran. My research interest lies in data management and analytics. Specifically, my thesis focuses on effective management of dataset versioning for collaborative data analytics. I'm also broadly interested in machine learning and interactive data analytics. In addition, I have research experiences in approximate query processing in Database, automate machine learning, and text mining using deep learning during my internships in Microsoft research and Google research. I obtained my master degree in The Chinese University of Hong Kong under the supervision of Prof. Ada Fu and Prof. James Cheng with thesis topic in large-scale graph analysis. Before that, I received my Bachelor degree from Shanghai Jiao Tong University as an outstanding graduate
